Error on startup.

I have reinstalled, downloaded a newer version, deleted everything. I keep getting this problem.
I don't know how to fix it please help.

This is because the referenced file Ionic.Zip.Reduced needs to be in the same folder as the launcher.
Please download and use the .zip file located at: https://github.com/Hyddwn/HyddwnLauncher/releases/tag/v2.0.4
Extract it and run it.
