Investigate how to replace ELB with Ingress

Currently the only way to get to a pod from public internet is to expose a ELB with Service type load balancer, but ELB is pretty costly (1/3 bill is from ELB).

Ingress controller from K8s looks like a new way to be able to access pods, look and see how we can set one up perhaps with also using Nginx.
