mp3 play on Google home from net direrctory

Hi,
sorry for this question but I can not play any mp3 file on cast parametr "url"
Parametr example : "/home/pi/kryl/mp3/0001.mp3" or if is disk on internal net:"http://192.168.39.117/music/0001.mp3"
In bought casses I got in debug error message : "Not able to load media:Load failed Not able to load the media."
What I am doing wrong ?
