Add company name (publisher name) as an attribute into CMP JS

Currently if a publisher wants to customise the publisher/company name into the standardised disclosure language such that it populates the text on the primary screen, 'Thank-you for visiting Publisher Name', they must enter it into all the language variations in the localisation file. This is a resource intensive way to customise the text.

Additionally, we are building a wordpress plug in for the CMP and would like to facilitate easy population of publisher name into the CMP text shown on the primary screen without having to edit the localisation file in multiple places (once per language) which could be prone to error.

Introduce a new configuration that allows the CMP user to input their company name and have this added to the text on the primary screen without requiring them to update the disclosure text in each language version.
