Describe the bug

On http://reference.iatistandard.org/203/developer/data-quality/ there is a link to http://data.tickets.iatistandard.org/ which unfortunately doesn't exist.

To Reproduce

Visit http://reference.iatistandard.org/203/developer/data-quality/
Click http://data.tickets.iatistandard.org/
Be sad.

To see a web page

In fact, this bug relates to this file in the IATI-Developer-Documentation repo. Moving it to that repo instead.
