Describe the bug
In the login / request-access / password_reset pages the BlueXolo icon does not appear in the browser tab

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://localhost/login/
  2. See the browser tab
  3. Go to http://localhost/request-access/
  4. See the browser tab
  5. Go to http://localhost/password_reset/
  6. See the browser tab

Expected behavior
You should see the BlueXolo icon in each of the aforementioned tabs.
