Describe the bug
In "Quick Links" add a link called "How to Contribute?" which redirects to the documentation on Github of how to contribute
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to http://localhost/login/
- Scroll down
- See the footer
Expected behavior
Add a new link which will take you to the Github repository documentation
