Extract Super-POM from magkit-vanity-url

Please extract relevant parts of the magkit-vanity-url POM into magkit-pom/pom.xml, so other Magkit projects can use it as Super-POM.
Please also copy magkit-vanity-url/.github/workflows/build.yaml , and delete the existing .travis file.
