Migrate existing magkit-test code to this repo:
- preserve Git history
- use https://github.com/IBM/magkit-pom as parent POM, scrub unnecessary entries from existing POM
- adapt POM artifactId and groupId accordingly

The git history is lost, but it isn't easy to get the history back on such merged projects.
