support connectivity analysis for istio egress gateway

- initial support + tests
- consider splitting connectivity analysis to istio vs non-istio in case of gateways
- update documentation, add examples, assumptions, explain how it is analyzed, explain the output
- extend tests (ingress/egress gw, combined with sidecar resources, and other relevant tests)
- support in live cluster (currently only isio auth-policy is supported)
