Need to refactor this page contribution-guide.md :

  1. Explain how to build ubiquity by using the new Docker images.
  2. Update golang version to 1.9.1
  3. How to use glide
  4. And how to run ubiquity UT from docker image (we also need to provide dockerfile for UT stage)
  5. Update how to install section, which totally change in the GA release.

The same for ubiquity-k8s repository

items 2, 3 and 5 were already updated for GA 1.1.0.
Still left to finish item 1 and 4.
So I will close this ticket, and reopen another ticket for the left overs.
