Notebook Changed warning prompt

When I want to save my notebook (I just created it), but it always prompt out this warning:
I am sure that I never change the notebook file, what's going on?
I've checked, the notebook file is in C:\Users\myname\AppData\Roaming\ibm-dsx-desktop\Notebooks\myNotebooks

@zzdztgithub If you're still seeing this issue, please try downloading the latest version of DSX Desktop (V1.2.2) and let us know if the problem persists. The latest Desktop dmg can be found at https://datascience.ibm.com/desktop.
