Cannot upgrade scipy.

I am trying to use seaborn with dsx desktop, which needs a current version of statsmodels --> which wants update scipy. However using !pip install scipy --upgrade does not work. insufficient permissions. any ideas?

Hi @fluxens, I know it's been a while but I have a potential workaround: run the upgrade command directly in the jupyter container.

Do you want to pursue this? If so, first I'll need to know what OS you're using.
