Update toolkit to actual HTTPClient code base

I have some troubles during establishment of https connections to site httpbin.org.
The issue is that the server sends a server error after the ClientHello message was received.
Then I updated the Apache HTTP Client lib from v4.2.3 to 4.5.5 and then https connection to this site works .
My proposal is to update the HTTP Client lib to the actual stable version 4.5.5
