Tutorial Site Reordering

I looked at the latest updates and it look great!

I am wondering if we can move the Bluemix and the Data Science Experience to the top of the site, after getting started. We can move the toolkits down.

I think bluemix and DSX is the next logical step after getting started and should follow the getting started section.
