- Create new repository (most likely IDAES/dmf) containing a self-installable version of the DMF code currently in
idaes.core.dmf - Think about how we want to inform users
- Ideally: proper deprecation with redirects, etc
- Minimally: warning/error message with instructions
- Open PR to remove anything DMF related from IDAES/idaes-pse
