Add testdata for Reporting based on Tines new Excel

The line-data from the excel-file in #1124 would be perfect for the Reporting BC too. The test-data in Reporting right now is very limited.
This issue is about taking the same excel-file and inserting it on demand into the DB so that it will be visible in the list of reports in Reporting.
