Arabic names on the IFRC map

There is an interesting phenomenon on the Arabic map on GO. Depending on the zoom level, some names are rendered in Latin letters, while the most are in Arabic. Changing the zoom scale, the country names in Latin change as well.
Is there a way to improve this?
