Should we update README file to tell fresh man how to run demo app since it has been changed in version 0.0.2?

We need cd JazzHandsDemo, and run pod install first. Rather than run JazzHandsDemo/JazzHandsDemo.xcodeproj directly.
Btw, JazzHands is amazing!
