Can you please share you save file? I tried replicating this issue while starting a new game, but I'm not seeing it. So maybe the issue only happens in certain parts of the game.

I finally got to testing this issue, but I can't reproduce it on the latest driver 32.0.101.5762. Can you test if you can still reproduce it on this latest driver?
Unfortunately yes, the issue still persists with driver v5762.

In your video, you did reproduce the glitch of Hybrid-mode reflection.
I have to apologize for not having checked the Raytraced-mode, so I did it just now. With driver v5762, the Raytraced-mode reflection does not have the glitch when I started this ticket (horizontal dark bands across the screen). However, a new glitch has been introduced in this version of driver. I have recorded a clip for both artifacts. Please take a look:
