Intel System Support Utility report

igcit_ssu.txt

Description and steps to reproduce [Required]

Install the Intel Arc graphics driver and open the detailed view during the installation process. The individual installation steps are updated, but the list does not automatically scroll to the latest element.

As you can see from the scrollbar in the image, the oldest elements are displayed and no scrolling takes place.

no_scroll

Note: If you intentionally search for a specific element in the list, it would be good if the list does not automatically jump to the newest element until you scroll to the top of the list again.

In addition, the following notes for "cosmetic" problems:

  • The "Vorinstallation" step is indented differently compared to the other steps
  • The "Vorinstallation" step is highlighted in bold, although the "Installieren" step should probably be highlighted.

Hi @BlauerToad Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We noticed and submitted the request to add this feature. As of now, we can go ahead and close this ticket as the implementation could take a while. Is it okay if I close this ticket for now?

Hi @IGCIT we can go ahead and close this ticket and the request has been submitted to the engineers.
