Description
I want to co-locate two maps/spatial data etc that are geocoded together
e.g. Maps of same place made in different times
5-votes in Stanford maps meeting
Variation(s)
(do you know of, or can you imagine, similar use cases?)
Proposed Solutions
(any ideas about how your use case might be supported)
Additional Background
(more about your perspective, existing work, etc. goes here.)
See IIIF/api#1246 for discussion around GeoJSON in IIIF. This is related to #118, #119. #133, #135.
I suppose I have solved this in the context of my Chronoscope, see for instance the Chrono CityTour or ChronoPort

An internal data record bundles the sets of maps. It is then used to populate the years bar at the bottom of the screen to switch between maps.
