I understand that I need to download the ZIP archives, but with the records in question the page freezes and I can’t even click ‘Download Selected Files’. I can’t even download them individually. I have repeated this problem on three different computers, two different operating systems, three different browsers. Only the webpage freezes, the browser remains active.

See #179817 for study in question. For now, workaround was to manually reprocess thuumbnails and make them .jpg rather than .png. That seemed to work.
