Deploy completed code examples

In sessions 3 (controllers), 4 (views) and 6 (Ajax), I pushed basic scaffolds which the students were expected to complete. It would be helpful to use the completed projects and understand the expected outcome. Since these are simple examples, we can deploy them on Heroku.
