Context
This is related to the JSON issue (#4).
After that is done, we could implement automatic generation of lwm2m object code and XML spec that has a RW resource for each setting.
Required steps / Implementation details

Definition of Done
A lwm2m object is generated (and corresponding XML spec), so that a user can add that to the lwm2m server and use it to read and write the settings of a device.
