Can't find decoder

When ever I try and play my video, it says that it can't find the decoder. I made sure to follow your instructions exactly

You can uncomment the lines in BUILD.BAT in the CEVDECODER folder to build all of the decoders. Just remove the "rem" in the beginning of the lines.
