Unable to create media server on Casaos Plex client

Hi All,
I am moving my server from windows to casaos (Clean) using the same account. I cant seem to get the add media option to come up. If I log in with a new email account the option is there.
I used the PLEX_CLAIM in env variables with no luck. What can I try next?
