[Alpha][Bug] Containers don't see folders on merged drives

What happened?
Jellyfin has /DATA/Media as /Media but only sees /TV Shows & /Books (which i can only imagine to be on merged drives other than boot drives)
P.S. sorry if this is an already known/reported issue.
