Event Rule: `Unsaved changes` widget displayed even when the changes are reset

The widget disappears only when the Discard Changes button is pressed.
See the example below.

Unchanged event rule:
localhost_icingaweb2_notifications_event-rule_id=1

Event rule with unsaved changes:
localhost_icingaweb2_notifications_event-rule_id=1 (2)

After changes are reset without pressing Discard Changes button
Actual:
localhost_icingaweb2_notifications_event-rule_id=1 (3)

Expected:
localhost_icingaweb2_notifications_event-rule_id=1
