Add to Menu Form: Improve Usability

1. Add Default value for Name
   To reduce friction the name field should be populated with the title of the view, that is going to be added (applicable).

2. Clarify share Checkbox functionality
   Make the tool tip (currently "Tick this box to share this item with others") more specific.

3. Add Autocomplete and Suggestions to Users/User Group fields

4. Service/Host Action is a completely topic, we should remove this from the "Add to Menu" Form and place it somewhere where it is more appropriate. The most obvious would probably be as a separate item in the "Share" dropdown

5. The default value of "Target" should be "Single Column" as this is the most obvious to be chosen.

6. We should also think of renaming "Single Column" to a clearer term, though I don't have any suggestions for now.

7. "New Window" is not clear and should be renamed. The most obvious would be "New Tab", "New Browser Tab" or "New Browser Window"

8. There's no hint, what the user can enter there. At least the tool tip should have some examples, or where to find a list of possible values. An icon picker would be the most usable solution of course.

9. The form itself should be displayed in a modal.
