access token invalid

hi，
I has a IdentityServer that base on the latest IdentityServer4，I log in it with password flow by angular-oauth2-oidc，I login success but get the invalid access token.
why was the access token not start with eyJhb...
Use the same code to login the IdentityServer4 demo，It is correct.
Does anyone know how this problem arises？and how to fix it？
