Refine builds page to allow custom build creation and sharing. Ideas include build codes for quick sharing builds, in addition to the recommended builds. Some things to consider:

• We can make a builds composable that has some logic, like priority levels for talent points.

• Integrating Vue Router to allow sharing builds via URL

• Custom comments will not be possible unless we make sharing codes a lot longer (base64 for example) or develop an API

• We can simplify our current build files to just use the import code instead of the current format of long dictionaries
