Describe the bug
in game characters name can exeed the current 14 chars limit

Fix
extend the max name lenght to be > 16

How were you able to get it longer than 14 characters? Seems like the limit is still 14

I opened the issue in response to a bug report from a user on the server. I didn't bother to check again in game, not is it really important. We could expand the character name on the website, it doesn't cost us anything
