Ability to blacklist files

It would be nice to have the possibility to blacklist files from being indexed in the folder. For example, with a front matter tag.

This would be very helpful, indeed.
Ideally, I would want to parameterize this. E.g., something like %% Waypoints !#state/archived !#topic/work %% would be very useful to my workflow.
