On MS Edge, scrolling to the bottom of a topic creates a black box on top of the bottom portion of the navigation tree

Open a topic such as : http://dev.igniteui.local/help/creating-a-basic-column-template-in-the-iggrid on MS Edge.

Scroll all the way to the bottom. Observe the navigation tree.

It appears with a black box on top of its bottom half.
