Description

When the dock manager has its dir set to 'rtl', the left/right arrows of the docking indicator are reversed in RTL mode.

Steps to reproduce

Set dir='rtl' to an igc-dockmanager component
Drag a pane over a dockable area.

Result

Expected result

Keep the left/right arrows as they are.
