HI @egor-dolzhenko
I am trying to install REViewer in MACOS using the source file.
However, I am running into the foll. error. which is probably related with Boost libraries-

Thanks @hchetia. Could you please check if it works now?
Also, if your data is stored on a Linux cluster, you could run REViewer there using the Linux binary included in the latest release.
Hi @egor-dolzhenko
Do I download the source file again?
Yes, my data is on a linux cluster.
Hi @hchetia. The latest version of the code contains the updated link: https://boostorg.jfrog.io/artifactory/main/release/1.73.0/source/boost_1_73_0.tar.bz2
.
Could you please completely erase the old source files and then re-download everything again with
git clone https://github.com/Illumina/REViewer.git
?
The build script may have hashed the old download link.
And successfully installed. Thanks @egor-dolzhenko
Glad to hear it!
