Create and style ToastSuccess and ToastFail components
messages should animate on and off

  • success messages
    • auto clear
    • title property: defaults to 'success!'
  • fail messages
    • require a click/tap to clear
    • title property: defaults to 'oops...'
    • details property: details about the failure and next step (api failure response message?)
