Add pin designer profiles

Give pin designers a way to prove they are designers (reddit style? - suggestions appreciated here). Allow pin designers to have a public profile and all pins they design get tagged back to them to give credit. Allow users to sort pins by designer.
Could also do the same for affiliate official pins as a category.
