markdown menu disappears after dynamic field edit

Hello,
having an issue with makrdown menu after issue was updated with dynamic fields
steps to reproduce

  1. open an issue
  2. change status with dynamic edit
  3. press issue's edit button

result - see Notes without markdown menu

expected result - Notes with markdown menu

Environment:
Redmine version 5.0.3.stable
Ruby version 3.1.3-p185 (2022-11-24) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 6.1.7
