Redmine default JavaScript tag does not work when clicking edit after dynamic edit

Hi.

I want to edit an item with the dynamic_edit plugin in the show Issue page, and click Edit.

but, In that case redmine default javascript tag does not work on issue edit page.
(ex, Find subject by Issue Id-observeAutocompleteField)

Redmine version : 4.1
OS: Linux
