Update vscode settings

VSCode now complains about certain settings from the course .vscode/settings.json being deprecated. We should review and update these. I expect the same applies to the testing example code but I haven't checked

Actually, I think the settings in course.zip are fine - I updated them in January, I think. But forgot to update the actual repository settigns.
