Disable automatic animation of the map

It is better to not start the animation of the map automatically . Let's leave to option of pushing the play button but not starting with the animation rolling. The problem with that is , on low band with, the tiles keep failing to load, and with closed zoom it is really difficult to focus with animation rolling. So lets give to option of navigation, which I believe will also generate more interaction
