Email issue

I get the message back from Redd's PCAP Uploader (thanks REDD!) that your (my) email seems invalid/disposable/random? I've tried three email addresses, two from work and all completely legit. Am I missing something? Recognizes the pcap and cites the email, checks inputs, and then says invalid/disposable etc. I've modified the email file to different email addresses, used quotes, nada.
Is there something super obvious that I'm missing? Many thanks!
