New grouping functionality

Hello,
It would be good to have the functionality to group requests/incident categories. As an example, requests can be not only IT related, but also other requests, such as general administration issues, which are not IT related.
Thus, an employee wishing to fill in a meta-demand would see the categories separated and not in one bunch.
