[PH-4] MLFlow 2 support

Bug Description:

• In PrimeHub setting, MLFlow 2 server cannot run within PrimeHub mlflow integration. (Check the screenshot below for the setting page)
• Cannot manage model from the preconfigured MLFlow server when running the training notebook.

Result:

• Can manage model from the preconfigured MLFlow server and run training notebook at the same time.
