[PH-38] Instance types setting cannot be saved properly

Admin portal → Instance Types

Result

• User cannot delete the last Node Selector key even if user clicks confirm to save the changes.
• When user deleted the key in the Tolerations tab, if user has opened the same instance type and click into Tolerations tab again, same key will be appeared again even after we deleted it.
