Can i get languages back? i mucked up my apps

Hi. I ran Monolingual and it has mucked up some of my apps - Google Chrome is now in German (even though i thought i deleted German!) and MS Office 365 is not working and has this error message:
I think i deleted too many languages. Is there any way to cancel it, redownload the languages or something?
(I already deleted them from Trash :( )

Sorry, you'll have to reinstall those apps if you've already deleted the files from trash.
