[Suggestion] Adjust the default cast timer depending on if you have Chum active or not

Would it be possible to adjust the default cast time window for Chum? A fish with a 2s-12s window for example will take about five seconds less to max out when you're using chum, however, the plugin isn't taking that into consideration and you're often wasting those extra seconds.
