Feature Request: GP/Status Requirements for Cast Usage

It would be useful to have an option in Custom Presets to delay the use of Cast until certain GP amounts and Status Effects are reached.

For example:

1. Give Cast an adjustable GP threshold when not under the effect of any buffs (e.g. Don't use Cast until 350 GP so that Identical Cast is always used after Cast)
2. Give Cast one or more adjustable GP thresholds when under the effects of particular buffs. (e.g. if Identical Cast is active, wait until 700GP to use Cast again, in order to always have Triple Hook available with Identical Cast.)

While not as time-efficient, being able to set up GP thresholds like this would allow for more economic use of bait.
